VREX is a free open-source toolbox for virtual reality research in the field of experimental psychology and neuroscience. It aims to simplify the generation and setup of complicated VR scenes and experiments for researchers. Various study protocols about perception, attention, cognition & memory can be constructed using the toolbox.

The toolbox runs inside Unity 4 Game Engine to achieve great visual quality and powerful features, while allowing customization.
All the experiments are compatible with some of the latest VR headsets, lowering the barrier of entry in VR research.
VREX is developed in the University of Tartu in collaboration with computer science and experimental psychologists.
